The subject is the digital PDF report for download for the booked calendar week(s).
The presentation of reports on the website is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button in the payment form you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed once payment has been successfully completed; an order confirmation with the download link is then sent by email. You may correct input errors at any time before submitting payment using the usual keyboard and mouse functions, in particular by changing the entries in the payment form. The ordering process comprises the following steps: selecting the report or package, confirming the terms checkbox, entering payment details, submitting payment. The contract text is not separately stored and cannot be retrieved after the order is completed; order data is communicated to you by email. The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
Single report €7.90, 4-week package (monthly summary) €24.90, 13-week package (quarterly summary) €59.00; the price shown at the time of order applies. The 13-week package comprises the 13 most recent published reports; while fewer than 13 exist, all reports published so far. Team and data licences only on individual request. Small business under § 19 UStG — VAT is not shown.
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the withdrawal information. The right of withdrawal expires early once we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period ends, you have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and you have received confirmation of this agreement on a durable medium (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB, § 312f Abs. 3 BGB). This confirmation is included in the email containing the download link.
Payment is processed via Stripe (card, Klarna, Apple/Google Pay depending on availability).
After payment you receive a download link by email. The link is valid for 48 hours and allows a maximum of 3 downloads.
The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the Product Liability Act and for any guarantees given. For slight negligence the provider is only liable in the event of injury to life, body or health, or breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations); in that case liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. Where the customer is a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the state of their habitual residence remain unaffected. Where the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is the provider's registered seat. This does not apply to consumers; jurisdiction for consumers follows the applicable statutory provisions.
