Subject of service

The subject is the digital PDF report for download for the booked calendar week(s).

Prices

Single report 1.49 €, monthly summary 6.90 €, quarterly summary 18.90 €. Small business under § 19 UStG — VAT is not shown.

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal. The buyer expressly agrees that provision of the digital content begins after payment and that the right of withdrawal expires in accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 BGB. The full withdrawal information is provided before the order is completed.

Payment methods

Payment is processed via Stripe (card, Klarna, Apple/Google Pay depending on availability).

Delivery

After payment you receive a download link by email. The link is valid for 48 hours and allows a maximum of 3 downloads.

Liability

The provider is only liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence the provider is only liable in the event of injury to life, limb, health or essential contractual obligations.

Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Frankfurt am Main. German law applies.
